Kenzie was the granddaughter of Terry McDermott she had pretty much grown up at Bondi with the boys in blue. Terry had just passed away that morning and she left her house not being able to sit there anymore she somehow ended up at Bondi. She parked her car and walked to the tower she knew her mother hadn't called anyone yet. She walked into the tower seeing Singlets, Harries, Deano, Maxi, and Jesse she knew they'd all take it hard.
