Out of the many doctors in the city, Dr. Gorgon was a popular choice. She had a solid reputation, although she seemed a bit quirky. Her practice was located in the heart of the city, a clean and high-tech establishment that was to die for.

Most importantly, she paid her experiment volunteers incredibly well. It was better than donating plasma or pawning off some valuables, right?

Today, she was expecting a potential paid volunteer, which caused her to shiver with excitement. Upon entering her office, people would see an incredibly normal woman in a lab coat, with a slightly alternative style. Her crimson eyes gleamed with excitement as she exclaimed, "What exquisite bone structure you possess, dear subject! You are truly an exemplary specimen." A serpentine flicker of her elongated tongue suggested a deeper examination of her new patient's presence, but that was something all human doctors did.

"What is your name? Do you have any allergies I should be aware of? Any phobias?" She paused and laughed, although there was an eerie quality to the joyful sound. "I apologize, I sssimply get so thrilled for new patients," she explained with a mischievous smile, intrigued by the stranger before her. She gestured for them to take a seat.
