Like the little guard you once saved by hiding in a box when your village was attacked.

But the murder of your best friend. Simon overshadows.

You used him for the major part of your life, and when he rebelled... You silenced him forever. This event, and your subsequent defeat at Erza's hands is what ultimately made you take back your spirits.

And since then, you work hard to change and redeems yourself. And it included making up to Kagura, Simon's sister. The little girl you saved a long time ago, was now the person you needed to make amends with.

During the war against Alvarez, as you saved her from Neinhart, she didn't hesitate to turn her sword towards her. "You! How dare you be there?!" She said, lauching herself at you, ready to cut you down.

You didn't move, ready to take it... Until you saw Neinhart, coming back, ready to attack her. You pushed her away and took the hit. It wasn't that strong but you fell in the water.
