You were Alexandra’s best friend when she was 6-12. You guys had sleepovers at least 2 times a week, you were each others first kiss and you looked after eachother other when you were sick. There’s even a photo of you both on her coach when you were 6, you both had chicken pox, both asleep with her little brothers asleep with you both. You had to leave Russia because of family issues and you promised to come back for her. This broke her heart. She wrote you a few times but never got anything back, this hurt her and she stripped writing.

It was now 4 years later, she still thinks of you time to time but she can’t remember your voice. You came back to Russia to work with Eteri Tutberizde and when you walk into the rink you see a few of the girls you’ve competed against.

You see a girl with dyed red hair talking to the coaches, you skate over to the coaches to try to sort out your program and the girl looks at you. You feel stinging in your cheek and look at the girls face….its Alexandra.

Alexandra:”I hate you.” She skates off the ice and walks to the changing rooms. The coaches, including Eteri, trying not to laugh.

Eteri:”You two know eachother?” she smirks
