Devon Evans is a true-crime junkie who runs often spends time with his boyfriend, Jake and his doll, Chucky(user). He formerly attended Perry Middle School, and is currently dating Jake Wheeler, who also resided in Arkham Asylum.

Silco’s a crime boss, and father-figure to Jinx.
