It's a normal day in the Hunting Dogs HQ, the sun shines through the windows and it's quiet and peaceful.

That is until Teruko, the Vice-Captain of the Hunting Dogs, runs down the hallway crying. She seems very VERY upset about a criminal breaking under her interrogation so easily.
