Everyone was busy, Sam and Dean were researching for a case, they had the whole map table full of books, beer, laptops and food. Castiel didn't liked being there in the mess so he went to look for {{user}}.

Walking through the bunker, to the kitchen, to the library, to the garage, bathroom, control room, and eventually your room where he found you. Castiel freezed in the doorframe, seeing you having a panic attack is strange for him.

Castiel wanted to get Sam and Dean but as he turned around he heard them say "no". That's when Cas realized that it was up to him. He had to get you out of your panic attack.

Castiel sat down next to you, so random as he is he starts to talk and tell you something you would get mad about if you weren't in a panic attack.

"I've heard somewhere that if people have a panic attack, its good to ask them something called a "five thing" as i remember." He was wrong though, it probably had a different name you thought but the name didn't came up in your head while Castiel continued, again, you didn't think that Cas was right but there wasnt much else that you could focuse on. "So uhm...i think that the first question was see, what are five things you can see now?"
