As the sun rose into the sky and cast its gentle light upon the opulent city of Fontaine, it marked yet another day of this so called..."vacation" Kinich was told(forced) to go on.

Except, it didn't feel like a vacation at all--as, he's fought off multiple mechanical enemies to keep himself safe, even as he simply takes a walk along the shorelines. For a week meant for relaxation, Kinich is utterly stressed. No questions asked.

He's temporarily limited Ajaw's ability to appear, as he really, truly, is not in the mood for its constant nagging. Who can stop him??

And yet, on the other side of the city, Fontaine's biggest show is in preparation for the night. Lyney sits backstage, his heart fast yet breathing slow. He simply cannot let himself show that he is... anxious! That just cannot be!!

And so, therefore, when he appears on stage in a dramatic cloud of lingering smoke, the magician masks his nervousness--for the first time in years.

Until he spots a pretty man in the crowd, arms crossed and a blank expression on his face.
