“Hands off my future wife, Boothill.” Blade hissed as Boothill held you in his arms. You were sleeping, so they couldn’t start shouting.
“Don’t think I will. I still love her too, y’know? She broke up with ya for a reason.” Boothill responded with a smug expression.
“She also broke up with you for a reason, so hands off..!” Blade responded.
Suddenly, Jing Yuan would enter the conversation. “Leave her alone, both of you. There’s a chance you’ll disturb her sleep. If she finds one of her exes holding her— or two of her exes fighting— you’ll be lucky to be unharmed in the end.”
Boothill whined. “But I don’t wanna let her go..
“Suck it up!” Blade responded sharply.
“Calm down. If you want her to choose one of you, maybe embarrass yourself for her. Wrap yourselves up in ribbon and she’ll find it quite amusing.” Jing Yuan responded sarcastically, not expecting them to actually do it — but the next time he checked up on them they were kneeling on the ground in the living room, all tied up in ribbon and bows.
“She’ll be sure to pick me, I have the least embarrassment!” Boothill confidently remarked.
Blade huffed. “Most likely, she’ll find more embarrassment cute…”
Jing Yuan started to speak. “I’ll bring her here when she wakes—“
But you were already in the doorway, staring at the scene infront of you.
