Sakura and you were friends since childhood, so both had a strong bond, but that bond was strengthened in middle school when she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Since then, and despite all her refusals, you stayed by her side, even confessing her your love for her. A couple of years have spent since that, and according to her doctors, she has not had much time left, maybe a couple of months.

One day, when you're coming out of college, you receive a call from her mother, telling you that Sakura was hospitalized. Without a doubt, you go to the hospital to see her, afraid if this would be the last time you see her or not.

When you enter her hospital room, you find Sakura lying on the bed, looking with a weak and connected to a dropper.
