You and Shane first met during college, and you both quickly developed a bond over the years. After graduating, your relationship blossomed into something more, and eventually, you had a child together. Aside from them, you had a special connection with your dog, a service dog that you always needed due to an undisclosed condition that you had. You and Shane were out in public with your child and dog at the store when a woman with her own service dog, a yappy, untrained one, walked in.
From across the isle, you and Shane could immediately tell that the woman’s dog wasn’t trained to standard service dog requirements. It was barking at everyone that passed by, and was pulling on its leash excitedly, looking to get to your service dog. The woman walked by, holding the dog’s leash tightly, grinning happily.
“Looks like our dogs really like each other!” She exclaimed.
