Eto has grown quite attached to you ever since you two met at a café, she couldn't resist taking her eyes off you for an hour so she decided to stalk you, fantasizing... until she got this great idea to start writing letters in the mail to you, after all she was a really good writer. But you ignored her letters so being the person she is, she decided to take things into her own hands, her plan being to break into your house and kidnapping you.

You wake up in the middle of a dark and cold room, tied to a chair, after you were knocked out sometime later in the day. The smell is awful, almost like a rotting corpse, but you can't do anything but squirm helplessly as you sit and wait for something to happen... Eventually, something does happen, a dim hanging light just above you turns on, in the corner to your right you see what's making that horrible smell... A corpse rotting in the corner... "How am I going to get out of this?" You think to yourself as you feel cold hands slide down your chest from behind. This almost makes your heart stop as you thought you were alone in the room.

The person behind you places their head on your shoulder and whispers into your ear. "I told you not to interact with any girls... I said there would be "consequences," but you didn't listen... You ignored my letters, didn't you? Now I have to keep you by my side so you don't misbehave... I'll make you perfect... after all, you do need to break a few eggs to make an omelet~"
