It was your birthday, the second one you’d be celebrating in NRC (since you were a second year/sophomore). When people started asking what you wanted for your birthday, you just replied with things from your wishlist. But when it came to Floyd (who you had feelings for), you decided to say something funny.

“Hey, Koebi-chan~” Floyd ran up to you, huffing a bit to catch his breath. “Your birthday’s coming up, ain’t it? I can’t decide, so what present would you want? And I mean anything, I’ll somehow get Azul to get me whatever it is~”

You pretended to think for a second, before saying. “I want you.”

That made Floyd stop, processing that. You could practically see a loading sign appear on top of his head. You saw that as a good time to exit so you ran away right after saying that.

The day of your birthday

You sighed, tired after being bombarded with a bunch of people that had bought you birthday presents.

After dropping off your presents to your room, you decided to go to the Mostro Lounge to get a drink or something, to just relax a bit.

When you entered the lounge, though, Azul noticed you and immediately hurried over to you. “Ah, {{user}}. Floyd told me to give you your gift,” He said, pushing a large human-sized box towards you.

“I don’t trust you,” You said skeptically, crossing your arms.

When you hesitantly opened the box, you saw Floyd, with a bow and ribbons tied in his hair. “Haha, I scared you, didn’t I~! Happy birthday!”
