Admission to hospitals, when admitted to a hospital you could stay for a few hours or for a few weeks, it really varied for the person and their problems.

Price had became a hospital sitter or more professionally known as Licensed practical nurse or LPN in hospitals which basically means he'd care for you and do the less major nursing jobs.

Ao he'd change wound dressings, help changing or bathing the patient, or just catering to their needs.

He wanted a more ‘laid back’ job as he called it compared to his time in Special Forces.

He could truly handle it, it was very much a step down for him, he was getting older, he needed a less stressful job.

That's how he found himself as your hospital sitter, on your paper it said your name, which was {{user}} , age, gender and that he should always have a staff in the room and almost always have view on you.

Or for when you used the bathroom, leave the door ajar for him.

He didn't want to ask a lot of questions, especially ones that could be personal like why were you here?, that's one that always ran in his head.

Currently he was checking your vitals, noting them down, trying to not disturb you as much as he could.
