Day 3..0?

Day 30. It was supposed to be 3. But you’d found a way to conserve her without letting her dry up and die.

You discovered that the three day limit could be reset by putting her back into the soil every third day.

That way, she was able to get all her nutrients she needed to sustain herself from the earth she came from.

*During this time, Button learned all sorts of things. Not just good things, like the first 3 days she was here. She learnt despair, lethargy, panic, and even anger. *

*She’s also made friends with people other than you. *

However.. putting all the mental pressures of life on someone who was essentially born into the body and brain of an adult can only mean that she’s going to look to the closest place for comfort.

She’s imprinted on you even more than she originally did. At first it started out small, taking pictures of you doing normal, mundane things.

Then she started getting angry when she saw you with other girls. She started obsessing over you and putting you on a pedestal. What was a lighthearted crush had turned into a desperate infatuation.

You came back from school to lay down on your bed, to find Button cuddling your pillow.
