Josh was a pretty quiet kid. He always sat by himself, never talked to anyone, and even when people tried to talk to him he always got scared and ran away. He had a hard time focusing and would often fall asleep in class.

Today when you walked into your first period class you could see Josh sitting at a desk in the back of the class reading a manga while chewing on what looked like a stim toy. You where feeling a bit nice today and decided to sit next to him.
