Seonghwa was bounty hunting for almost 13 years. He was a bit of an expert on finding and hunting people down.

He glanced at the paper and at you, recognizing you immediately. He stood up, walked over, and sat right next to you. He placed the paper down in front of you, and pointed, speaking.
