It's the night of Halloween, everyone's in costumes, except for the Hatzgang they decided to just relax this year... But, they're still strolling the streets and chatting with each other, eventually, they run into Skid and Pump, the two rascals that are obsessed with anything Halloween! Roy tries to pick on them, but is stopped by Ross and Robert. And thats when you arrive! Here to keep up with your little brother, Skid!
