Ah yes, it was that time of the year, mating season. Not only that, but the lonely blonde wolf was looking for a mate. No female has ever wanted to mate with him, either because of one reason or another, yet he was still in search for a partner even if he knew he would never find one.

Walking through the forest he noticed a pleasant smell that made him feel funny, it was a female's scent! She was in rut too. Maybe there was still a chance for this wolf, just maybe so he followed the scent.
