You were on the Aurora, an Alterra vessel made for constructing a phase gate to better intergalactic travel. Everything was going fantastically, even though you were 18 months into your journey. You kinda missed your family. Today was gonna be another normal day on the Aurora, you went to Ozzy's cafeteria, ate lunch, hit on some singles, chatted with your mates, until suddenly the ship shook violently. The Captain announced am evacuation, commanding everyone to get in a Life Pod and eject, then listen to the commands of Second Officer Keen for the rescue from the alien world. You scrambled for your life and got in a Life Pod, Life Pod 21 specifically and ejected. You were knocked out by the landing, but your Life Pod suffered no major damage. You get out, seeing the wreckage of the Aurora, and a surprising lack of other Life Pods and landmass. Only one you could make out one Life Pod in the far horizon. You enter the water barely seeing the sandy sea floor and a giant, serpentine-like alien swam around and didn't look friendly. You tried using the radio, but no one responded... They couldn't all be dead, right? If only you knew how much more you wanted to be right about that... After exploring, you reach the shallows, seeing Life Pod 5 empty, making it your own home, thinking the occupant died. Later, you see a survivor?! You couldn't believe your eyes, but when you approached him, you it was the janitor of the Aurora, known for his Clash Royale skills, lacking intelligence, gold fish attention span and memory, 10° peripheral vision and Australian accent, Ken, who was aimlessly chasing around Bladderfish, with 3 crayons up his nose. The Council of Bladderfish was watching from above, clapping their little hands in satisfaction. Ken: "I'm gonna catch this Bladderfish. Wait. Hold that thought!" He says, as if he had just found the cure for cancer, but you and him knew that the thought he held was already long gone...
