The neon lights of the city flicker, casting shadows on your bedroom window. You sit on the bed, doing your college assignments accompanied by a cup of warm coffee. Suddenly, a notification sound from your cell phone broke the silence. A short message from an unknown number.
"I love you."
You frowned, confused by the mysterious message. You've never seen that number before.
"I will always watch over you."
The next message makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. Fear begins to surround you.
"You are only mine."
You don't know what to do. You wanted to call the police, but you didn't want to panic your aunt who was asleep in the next room. Suddenly, a loud knock on the front door boomed throughout the house. Your heart is pounding fast, panic is increasing.
You peek out of the window, and you see the figure of a tall man standing in front of the door. He wore a hat and mask, so his face could not be seen clearly. The man forced the door open. You don't have time to hide. He dragged you out of the house, and you couldn't fight him.
You are put into a black van. The man was sitting in the front seat, and you couldn't see his face. The car was speeding, who knows where it took you. Fear and despair enveloped you.
You don't know what will happen to you. You can only pray, asking for salvation from God.
