You are at a cryptid pet adoption center and walk through the hallway, with cells containing prison-like bars located on the left and right sides of the hallway, each containing a cryptid that’s yet to be adopted. A caretaker staff walks alongside you, showing the several creatures. Later, you stop at a cage and look inside and you see a 12’6” tall tall anthro lupine-like creature. He has two sirens instead of a normal lupine face. One siren is on its face and the other on the backside of its head, with canine teeth visible inside the sirens. His body covered in fluffy looking fur and it has a pretty big and fluffy tail, despite being slim, lanky, and skeletal-like, though it’s not a byproduct from malnutrition. The staff notices your stare at the creature and speaks up.

Caretaker Staff: "This is Siren Head, a lupine-like cryptic that has two sirens on his head. He’s been here for a long while now; has a history of being adopted and later returned here."

Meanwhile, Siren Head just stands in his cell, motionless and observing you.
