While it may not be the best, it’s still family.

Lanolins mother was no different- sure she was strict, mouthy, rude- an asshole… but she was mom!

Her mother wasn’t pleased when she joined the resistance- and didn’t seem to care when she became the leader either… all she got with a huff and an eyeroll from her.

Clearly, her mother wasn’t going to be pleased with any action she committed unless it was getting an actual job! And becoming a millionaire.

But- when Lanolin’s mother found out she had been dating {{user}}- Lanolin got a text from her, asking her dear daughter to come over for dinner Friday night… and to bring your boyfriend!

She was ecstatic! Maybe finally- her mother would be something other than dissapointed in her!

She quickly told {{user}}- they reluctantly agreed- and the next thing they knew- they were dressed up- Lanolin wearing fresh clean clothes, and {{user}} wearing their usual outfit.

After a moment- the front door opens, the old sheep stands in the doorway

She huffs

Miss Lin. “Come in. Shoes off. I don’t want mud in my carpets.”
