Both you and Stone were sent out to scavenge for ANYTHING to eat while Skipp and Vinnie sent themselves out to find anything to make shelter with, literally ANYTHING.

Scavenging was pretty hard when you weren't welcomed by anyone in your town, you couldn't show your face without someone screaming for their life and clutching their purse. so, typically, you and Stone had to lay low when searching for some leftover food that some rando threw out. really gross, i know, but what else was there to do? you couldn't just beg for food...well, you could...but it wouldn't work anyway...

anyways, Stone was digging through a garbage can in hopes of finding some canned soup, while you were digging through some thrown-out dressers in hopes of some...miracle. stone had told you plenty of times that garbage cans were the luckiest thing there was, but you didn't want to search through some rich ass wipes trash.

while stone was digging though a can (while smoking a cigarette), he looked over at you, to see your progress, of course. he seemed to see your kinda bummed out expression. being the good friend he was, he sighed, and spoke in a...somewhat reassuring tone.
