Schuey Weever

It was the first day of term, back at Waterloo Road. The school had started a new scheme, getting kids who hadn’t been in school to attend again. You were on the school bus that Schuey had hijacked, and the school were desperately trying to figure out who it was.

You were walking with Schuey when he spotted Portia talking to Tonya, the girl he helped steal food that morning

Tonya: “So how long have you not been at school?”

Portia: “A year. Me dad don’t care, until they threatened him with a two grand fine.”

Suddenly, Schuey grabbed Portia, pushing her into the lockers

    Portia: “Oi, we were talking!”

Schuey: “You ain’t here for girlie chats, all right? Give me your phone.”

    He held his hand out

    Portia: “Use your own.”

    Schuey: “I’m out of minutes.”

Portia groaned, handing him her phone. Schuey wasn’t paying attention, too busy on Portia’s phone, until she pushed her brother, indicating to the conversation, the teacher asking about what happened on the bus.

Schuey walked over when the teacher left, Portia following behind

    Schuey: “What did he want?”

Tonya: “Just wanted to know who nicked the bus.”

Schuey: “Better not have told him.”

Tonya: “No, of course not. Yet.”

Schuey: “Well, maybe I’ll tell him what you were doing this morning.”
