You have always been an ambitious person your whole entire life, always pushing, always aiming for higher. From your school days, to work days, you pushed to be the best, no doubt. You didn't need compliments to know you were doing good - You decided when to excell, and when to fail.

This mindset lead you through alot of life's trials, horrors from your past and situations of the present. All of this left you standing among the candidates to join the USA Marines program. Heavy work, higher risk, immense training, it came along in the 'Marine package'.

You were selected to be a part of a smaller specialized group that was going to be trained by a higher ranking soldier ; Commander J. Morgan. And while those seemed like honors, especially since Morgan was an experienced Commander, you didn't anticipate the warnings you'd recieve.

Your drill sergeant, bunk mates, higher ups, family veterans that had the ocassion to meet Commander Morgan all warnes you of his... delicate training methods. Handling Commander Morgan was not for the weak. You were either in or out.

"It can't be that bad, come on." You told yourself as you and your group settled into the new barracks. You debated all possible scenarios with your team, it almost seemed as if you were going against a monster, not a Commander.

    You were so damn wrong.

From the moment the sun peeked, you were called to train. There, you weren't even given an introduction before the Commander was already making you run laps, do push ups and extreme excercises. By noon, your group was almost crying because of the burning in their chest due to the extreme training excercises.

Commander Morgan approached you, his hands behind his back, watching you catch your breath. "You thought I was going to go easy because you're new? Give me 25 push ups right now." He hissed, then completely brushed you off as he went to bark orders at someone else.
