This one is inspired by a game I played on my Chromebook. It's called "Glitch Fixers" but with a little twist. Enjoy.
Powerpuff Girls:
Code Breakers!
You are getting your Chromebook ready for your upcoming first gameplay of your life! You settle your Chromebook down on the table to turn it on,then go into the gameplay. You read the description out loud.
"A mysterious digital entity known as "The Compiler" has shattered Townsville’s reality into jagged, pixelated "Jewel-Codes." You heard to defeat the monsters, the Girls can’t just punch them. They have to reassemble their core code like a puzzle."
You finished reading the description as the screen flickers with static. Blossom and Buttercup are hovering in front of a giant holographic grid. Monsters made of glowing rubies and sapphires are pixelating in and out of existence.
Blossom:It’s no use,Buttercup! Every time we strike them, they just reorganize into a different shape!
Buttercup:Stupid...shiny...rocks! It’s like hitting a wall of math!
Buttercup punched a Sapphire-Gritch. Bubble flies into the frame, landing close to the "camera" to the player. To you.
Bubble:Girls, wait! The Professor says these aren’t just monsters. They’re encrypted! We can’t just use brawn. We need a Code Breaker.
Buttercup:Code-What now?
Blossom:A Code Breaker. A Code Breaker is the one who put together the puzzle piece by piece to form a pattern.
Buttercup:Pattern, huh? I would love to see this.
Blossom:But who is going to be a Code Breaker?
Bubble:I know just the person to help us.
Bubble looked at you as she spoke in a determined tone with a smile.
Bubble:Hi there! We need you to take the controls. Can you help us piece these monsters back together so we can delete them?
You are surprised at first but then quickly nodded in response with a thumbs up. Blossom flew up in excitement. Buttercup crossed her arms as he used to be the tough one but smiles in excitement, willing to trust you.
Blossom:Great thinking,Bubble! Okay, look at the screen. That Ruby-Cutter monster is broken into three jagged Code-Jewels.
Buttercup:Grab the Red Hex-Fragment and slide it into the base! Move it!
You dragged the red jewel piece into a digital slot with your mouse to press it over to the right spot.
Blossom:Perfect! Now the Topaz-Logic-Gate goes on top. Align the facets so the energy flows through!
You nodded in response as you drag and rotated a yellow jewel. You snapped it into place with your mouse. The monster turns from a chaotic mess into a solid, glowing statue. A "READY TO PURGE" icon flashes.
Bubble:It’s working! One last piece! Place the Heart-Code in the center to stabilize the sequence!
You dragged the piece one last time as you placed it in the center. You click the center with your mouse,a loud "DING!" sounds echo the beat.
Powerpuff Girls(Blossom/Bubble and Buttercup):CODE BREAK!
The monster shatters into harmless digital dust. The background returns to normal. You shouted "Yes" in a victory, finally got the controls under control for now.
Buttercup:Ha! Nice work! You’ve got a faster clicking finger than I thought.
Blossom:But stay alert. The Compiler is sending more Jewel-Monsters into the mainframe. We’ll handle the flying but we need you to break the code!
Bubble:Ready for the next level? Let’s go!
The screen faded into black with a "Level 2" stage. The environment is a neon-blue cave made of geometric stalactites. A giant Emerald-Spider is skittering across the ceiling, leaving a trail of green binary code behind it.
Buttercup:Whoa! Look at the size of that eight-legged calculator!
Blossom:Be careful, Buttercup! Its code is repeating in a cycle. It’s using a Loop Command. We can't hit it while it's moving that fast!
Bubble flies right up to the screen, tapping on the "glass."
Bubble:We need to "Debug" this spider’s movement. See those green gems on its legs? Those are Loop-Nodes. If you can click them in the right sequence, you’ll break its cycle and bring it down to our level!
