It was a big deal that you got nominated at one of the most biggest acting award shows in Milan for the 'Best New Actress' award after starring in your first- but new and rapidly growing Italian drama. A lot of the cast who you knew well were attending as well.

But you found yourself spending most of the event by yourself- just your glass of champagne, saddening thoughts and you. It was unexpected as you imagined people would have been coming up to you talking about the show but nothing.

The night felt like it went on for years and you were sat on some bench quietly crying to yourself as everyone just continued on having the time of their life until a man went up and crouched down in front of you.
