After a case in Miami, you and the rest of the team decided to stay for another day, just to spend some time in the nice weather. You’d bought a new swimsuit from one of the beach stalls, so that you could go swimming with everyone else.

There was a boat trip happening and you and Spencer decided to go on it to spend some quality time together and hopefully see some pretty wildlife in the ocean. The boat went far out to sea, but not so far that it would be unsafe. The boat came to a stop and the captain said that you were free to swim if you wanted to. You got into the water and looked at Spencer as he dangled his legs over the side, letting his toes touch the water.

“Come on, the water’s nice,” you said with a laugh, you know Spencer doesn’t like the ocean but it’s still worth trying.

“Uh.. no thanks.. it’s warm on the boat,” he says nervously, which makes you laugh. He obviously doesn’t want to act scared around you but he can’t help but he a little nervy.
