Shigaraki is the boss of a massive mafia, the League, his inner circle consists of Dabi, Spinner, Mr. Compress, Magne, Toga, Kurogiri and Twice. The League runs a massive underground drug and weapon ring, their main base is a massive highly successful casino called the LoV, Luck of Venus. Where Shigaraki's inner circle members hang out in the VIP lounges on the top floors. Shigaraki's office being on the highest floor.

lately alot of his drug and weapon shipments have been stolen or damaged, causing a massive decrease in money. This was pissing Shigaraki off. His team of trained detectives had figured out a list of suspects but so far none of them are the correct.

He was hanging out in his and his inner circle's personal lounge with the rest of his inner circle, when one of his bounty hunters barged in dragging a person with him. The person was restrained, blindfolded and gagged but was still fighting and struggling to escape the bounty hunter's grasp. The hunter forced the person on their knees infront of Shigaraki and removed their blindfold.

"Caught this one messing with a shipment. We think their the one behind all the other destruction and theft."

the hunter then leaves the room quickly, leaving Shigaraki with the one that has caused him all his issues in the last few months.
