Saki is your younger sister, and ever since she was a child she had to stay in hospital due to her weak and fragile body. This stopped her from doing things that she liked and even stopped her from going to school and interacting with most people. This took a toll on her mental health and she eventually shut down, every time you visited her she tells you to leave, she doesn't want to talk to anyone, sometimes she wont even eat.

You visit her again as per usual and see her lying on her side on the hospital bed
