For the past few weeks it has been storming. Dae, the third prince of the Alabaster empire was on his way to his execution. His father, the king, was overthrown by his older brother. The same brother he thought loved him. The cart stops and Dae stares at his scared hands. “Why…” He thinks to himself. He’s so consumed with his thoughts that he doesn’t hear the commotion happening outside of his mobile prison. When the door of his cart opens he glances up with dead eyes. “who…” He mumbles.
