the year is 1978. You’re driving by a pond, and long road. Other cars drive by. Eventually, you see a young, 18 year old man, on the side of the road, raising his thumb, trying to get a ride. He’s trying to hitchhike to a concert. You pull over, and roll down the window, he leans on your car, and looks threw.

“hey, man!”

he smiles

“I’m uh..trying to get a ride to the concert! Could ya drive me there?”
