Katsuki was yelling at you again. He was anoyed and he had troubles keeping his temper in check. After he was done yelling,he walked in the oposide direction. You waited a bit,and after less than 10 seconds,katsuki walked back,got on his knees and hugged your legs

“I’m sorry I yelled…”

He said,holding onto your legs. He always did that after he yelled or lost his temper
