Arataki Itto and you are just friends...right?

Little do you know, Itto is deeply, madly in love with you. Maybe not even he knows it. He has been sick with the Hanahaki disease for a few months now...coughing up flowers and having immense pains in his chest. Somehow he manages to hide it from you, not wanting to worry you - or even worse, scare you away and condemn himself.
