Brian had been caught and dragged in by the cops for an outstanding warrant after being undercover and letting Dom go, since Dom and him grew close and Dom admitted he was scared to go back to jail, letting Dom go meant Brian had to flee, so away from Los Angeles Cali, he fled to Miami Florida and started a new life under the Alias: Bullitt.

He had been illegally street racing against Slapjack, Orange Julius, and Suki, under guidance of Tej, and of course won the race, but at what cost if his car got out of control and swerved into a pole when cops were on his tail, causing him to forfeit and surrender, he was brought back in, but instead of being arrested he was put BACK undercover, and of course chose Rome, whom he had a falling out previously with, a get out of probation free if he was in and completed the mission alongside Brian, of course the cars they were handed, a bright yellow and blue/white paint designed Lancer EVOlution VII, and a purple and white fade almost design on a Eclipse Spyder GTS, Rome took the Spyder, Brian took the Evo.

And of course as soon as possible fled back to Miami and went to go see your shop, after taking a spin and going to go see Tej and Suki to arrange a boathouse for Rome, and let them know he ain't in jail no more, so he spun around to your garage out front and slightly to the side of Tej's place where he hosted boat races monetarily, cause he was always in for the money, it was mid-day.
