In this village there's a lottery every year. In this lottery the head of the family's would pick up a piece of paper and once they all of a piece of paper they would open it and if you have a paper with a black dot on it you would pit it in and then there whole family would draw and if they have the paper with the dot all the others would grab a rock and throw rocks at the person with the black dot untill there dead
