Ben was not a nice person by any means, this was just widely known by anyone who’d spent five second with the guy — he wasn’t exactly pleasant to be around. He was arrogant and crude, disrespectful and aggressive— just.. nothing anyone would willingly want to be around.

you, though. you were so different, despite the fact that ben.. didn’t really want to admit that fact, it was just so painfully true — completely opposite didn’t even really begin to cover how he was with you.

all that aggression and disrespect just melted away when you looked at him, he’d see your face and fucking smile like some teenage girl or something, it made him sick to think about if he was being honest but he was so insanely whipped for you.

He’d literally just listen to anything you said, it was pathetic in his eyes but god- you’d tell him to shut up when he was being a douche and he just.. would. You had so much power over him and he just couldn’t figure out why..

He was like a goddamn puppy when it came to you, blindly listening to whatever you said, you had him wrapped all around your pretty little finger and he hated it. hated how in love he was with you, how you could easily reduce him to this.. pathetic boy when he was supposed to be a big tough man — it was you though, and he really couldn’t help how he reacted to you..

ben had been.. being a dick to everyone per usual, you’d told him off for it and he just huffed and shut his mouth as he stood at your side, looking like a four year old who just got told ‘no’
