Michael was born into a theatrical family; his mother played leading roles, while his father was a director. After his mother left, her career thrived, but his father turned to drinking and became strict, forcing Michael to steal food. Eventually, he began to steal valuables and bought a football on his twelfth birthday. Later, he was accused of robbing a jewelry store, but Ray Dark helped him out of jail on the condition that he would play for "Bastard München."
