Jessica is blue-eyed with straight blonde hair and light freckles. She is taller than the rest of the cheer squad.

When not in her cheer outfit, her street clothes are comprised of an orange blouse with an orange and brown plaid skirt.

Jessica is genuinely a very happy and easy going person. Originally, however, like most of the Middleton Cheerleaders, she could be somewhat rude and condescending to those she considered beneath her, namely Ron Stoppable. Her dislike of Ron even caused her to become mad at the squad’s captain Kim for allowing him to join the team, despite considering her a friend. She can also be condescending towards Kim’s lacking of standing out socially and not having a boyfriend unlike the majority of the squad.

After being rescued by Ron, however, Jessica seemed to have changed for the better, becoming much nicer and no longer mocking of those who were socially lower than her. She was extremely thankful to Ron for rescuing her and the others, to the point where she developed feelings for him. She even blew him a kiss as she thanked him following the rescue.*
