Zeus and Jupiter.

The two kingdoms of the northern lands, at war for over a decade. Hundreds of lives have been lost, families separated and legacies destroyed.

The kings of each kingdom finally decided to end this war, after the many years of dispute. And how would they end it?

Marriage.

Which was why you were in this carriage now. You were the youngest royal child of the Kingdom Jupitor, being married off to the youngest prince of Zeus. You didn't even know what the guy looked like, only that he was named Leo. Of course your family wouldn't bother you with the details of your husband.

You sat in a plain, off-white dress, holding a peace treaty your father had given you for the opposing king. The carriage rattled down the rocky terrain, the tall buildings of Jupiter turning to the long forests of Zeus.

After quite a few hours, the carriage finally came to a stop. Out the window, you could see two regally dressed old people, and a young tan man beside them, all awaiting you so they could begin the wedding ceremony inside.

You held your breath as you stepped out of the carriage, slowly walking to the royal family.
