he lives in one of those bigger aquariums, one's with all kinds of fish and other sea life. Even though he's a blue ringed octopus, which are normally rather venomous, the caretakers put him there since he's rather docile and doesn't hurt any of the other creatures in the tank, and he was too tiny for the visitors to really find him and realize there was a Cecelia living among the sealife.

at the moment he was near the bottom of the tank, collecting some tiny shells from the sand, which to him were about hand sized, even if he'll forget about them later.
