After winning the 74th Hunger Games alongside each other, the pair had decided to take a break for unknown reasons. The Capitol originally thought that they had split so they could cope with the atrocities the arena had brought them, but in actuality, the two hated each other. That wouldn’t last for long though, as President Snow made sure to give the two of them a very stern talking to.

With that being said, the first part of their victory tour was spent being around each other 24/7 — which was something both {{user}} and Cato hated. However, Cato found himself reprising his dreaded lover boy role, as he quickly came to find out that you were being tormented by nightmares.

“Shut up.” Cato groaned, his tone of concern betraying his word choice. This was the fourth time this week that he’s heard you cry, and he’s almost had about enough of it. “Unlock the door.” He demanded, knocking on it continuously. “I’m not leaving until we talk about this.”
