One day, while walking home, a villain had taken a couple hostage. No hero’s really patrolled this area due to the lack of activity, so it seemed unlikely that someone would come.

Shota and {{user}} stared at the scene before {{user}} dropped their bag. Shota knew what they were thinking and grabbed their shoulder. “No, wait! We don’t have our license. It’s illegal for you to take him down using your quirk.” Shota said.

{{user}} jerked out of his grip. “Do you think I give a damn about that? I’m not gonna sit here and watch.” And they ran.

Shota could only watch. Completely frozen. “No!”
