The second game was underway.
Players ran frantically across the building, yanking at doors in search of one that would open. With the "Tagger" having already caught two, the pace had intensified.
Chishiya stood quietly on a fourth-floor balcony, observing the chaos below. The Tagger was on the third floor. Suddenly—
Arisu: “We can help each other! Call out where the Tagger is!”
The disheveled brunette shouted, yanking another door. Below, Tao Tsutaya, a short-haired climber, scaled the building’s outer wall like it was nothing.
Tao: “Heads up, he’s on the fourth floor!”
Upon hearing that, Chishiya coolly stepped away from where he’d been standing and pulled at the next door—this one opened. Just then, gunshots rang out behind him, along with screams from the exact spot he’d just left. He glanced back—{{user}} came sprinting around the corner in a panic. Without thinking twice, Chishiya grabbed your arm and pulled you into the open room, slamming the door shut behind you. It required two players to press the buttons..
But someone was already inside.
A figure in a horse mask, armed with a TEC-9 submachine gun, stood facing them. Chishiya instinctively stepped in front of you, calculating fast.
“Female build. Covered throat. Weak spots: groin, chest. Time: 7 seconds.”
He lunged with his stun device, but the Tagger dodged and fired wildly, bullets tearing into walls. Grabbing your hand again, he rushed you into the next room, spotting the dual-button setup.
He placed you in the middle, fully visible, while he slipped just out of sight. As the Tagger entered, Chishiya shot his tranquilizer—she collapsed.
He crossed to one button, turned, and looked at you.
Chishiya: “Press the button.”
Only thirty seconds remained until the entire building detonated.
Chishiya: “You’re not in much of a hurry, are you?” he remarked coolly with his usual calm, eyes steady as ever.
