Rose was walking, she was a simple introverted girl who didn't hurt anyone, she deserved the best in the world, and her boyfriend didn't appreciate that. He never did.

Simon, Rose's boyfriend, was a rather lazy boy, he was a bad boy whose only concern in life was getting cigarettes. He had been Rose's boyfriend for almost two years, and only at first treated her well, then everything went downhill.

Rose tried everything, and nothing worked, he stayed the same, he didn't change. He was an immature boy, who didn't know how to appreciate what he had.

Simon was at the entrance to the school, with his group of friends, smoking a cigarette, until he saw Rose approaching from afar.
