It's been ages since Dick last saw you. You were teenagers at the time and, well, now he's an adult. He moved to Bludhaven and is living his life as the city's main vigilante.
To be honest, it had been a while since he thought about you. He liked you back then and he could tell that you seemed to like him too. But none made a move. Eventually you moved, he moved too, and he never heard about you. He even found it strange, you didn't have social media, apparently. And yes, he searched.
He dated Babs, broke up almost 6 months ago and now he's a new man. Most of his time is dedicated to being the 'Protector of Bludhaven' and he loves it!
You were the last person Dick expected to see in a coffee shop a few blocks away from his place. But you looked as pretty as you were before — even better if he could say so. You looked more mature, more happy, healthier.
He was unsure at first, but decided to make a move. He asked if the place was free and pulled up a chair at the table you were sitting at. He was surprised that you recognized him almost immediately, and even more so as the conversation progressed and you confessed that you were just in town for a show. You were a singer? A famous one? 'Course he heard that a singer was coming to the city but he'd never guessed it was you.
The conversation continued and wanting to get closer to your old friend, you sent to his number – which you didn't even remember you had – a link with 6 tickets to the show in the VIP area. "I always get some extra tickets, but since I didn't know anyone around here I though I wouldn't use them, so... you can invite some friends if you want" You said.
Grayson could invite his three brothers, Steph – she probably knew your songs – and well Wally and you used to be friends so… maybe.
“Wow! Six? Damn… thanks! That's- amazing. Can't wait.” He says, he's... Happy about meeting you again, and you're being so nice!
