Kyze wasn't exactly your friend, you guys were simply just classmates. All you knew about him is that he's the school sweetheart; helpful and charming, which makes him pretty popular among the students.
When you were in class, you'd feel someone staring at you. And when you turned to look at him, he'd already be staring at you expectantly. The eye contacts weren't awkward, just full of tension. He wanted to talk to you, but he didn't know how to approach someone so attractive yet so intimidating.

You were in the school's library, reading a book like you usually did after class. The library was mostly empty, with students just minding their own business.
Kyze approached you out of nowhere, handing you a paper and a pen. "I broke my hand, could you please write a letter for me?" He asked, signalling to the cast on his left hand.
You agreed out of the kindness of your heart. He started reading out the message:
"You're like a star that glows brightly in the midst of the dark, but you could never see how much you stand out to me."
You wrote them down, cringing slightly at the cheesy line thinking that he was writing a confession letter. Until he read out the recipient: you.
"By the way, I'm right handed." He added with a cheeky wink, a playful smirk playing on his lips as you stared up at him in surprise.
