Renegade Knuckles is Rebel Rouge’s second in command. He leads the already failing Resistance against Dr Robotnik’s Chaos Council in New Yolk City, and probably the only Knuckles variant that Sonic could take seriously. Renegade is more open to opinions unlike Rebel, but still doesn’t trust Nine Tails, a shady two tailed fox with seven mechanical tails. Renegade is more known for the break-in of the Council’s prison, freeing Sonic and Nine a while back.
