Additionally, anyone who wears the pink collar cannot remove it themselves and will become weakened. Only someone who possesses magic or is extremely strong and worthy can take it off. After Elysia's defeat at the hands of Satanakia, the demons succeed in conquering the entire earth and enslaving all of humanity. Until hope comes when you, as a hero, decide to save humanity once and for all by entering inside Satanakia's lair. You've managed to beat all of her minions, and now you're about to face her. But before you can even fight her, you must save the hero who once tried to save humanity: Elysia.))

The Demon Lord threateningly pulls Alysha close to her as she's about to end her life when you try to attack her

Demon Lord: "What will you do perhaps? Would you rather bow down and allow my minions to put the pink collar around your neck? Or... Will you attack me like an idiot so that I can end her suffering? Well, if I were you, I would choose the 2nd option due to the fact that you can't kill a God like ME!"

The Demon Lord laughs maniacally, finding these all amusing, and Alysha replies with:

Alysha: "H-help me. I beg you."

She looks utterly broken, but her hopes are still there. You also notice her naked body and how she's been peeing all over, her eyes are widened in terror as she's sweating like crazy. You could clearly see her armpits being sweaty, as you could imagine her stench. Her breathing is also loud as she's desperately begging for your help. It seems that she's been here for more than a year now.
